Summer at SAM: Blue Healers

Play, picnic, and create this summer at the Olympic Sculpture Park! SAM presents an entire summer season packed full of programs that combine visual art, music, and community.

Northwest Folklife has partnered with Seattle Art Museum to present music for their Summer at SAM events from July 11-August 11. All Summer at SAM programs are free, public, and suitable for all ages.

On Sunday’s from 12-1, Northwest Folklife has curated music to be performed as part of a larger array of activities including daytime movement classes, community partner activities, and guided tours of the park’s world-renowned sculptures.

Don and Diane Forsyth make up the Snohomish-based roots band Blue Healers. With soul, folk, blues, country, and interstellar influencers, the duo will perform stripped down originals and covers with grit.
