Festál is a year-round series of free cultural festivals produced in partnership between community organizers and Seattle Center/City of Seattle. Each event reflects the unique identity and heritage of its community, offering a range of engaging activities and experiences for the broader public. The Cultural Programs Office at Seattle Center manages Festál, working collaboratively with community partner organizations to ensure every festival receives the support it needs.
