Last year we launched a new application process!

I DID apply to Folklife in 2024
Welcome back! To apply to the 2025 Folklife festival, you will need to log in to your account
Once you have logged in, click the 'Apply' button:
If you are applying as the same vendor as last year, select your vendor and continue. If you want to apply as a different vendor, you can click the + button to make a new vendor profile:
Then select which type of application you would like to create, and click the 'Start Application' button:
NOTE: If you are applying at the same vendor as last year, most of your information from last year will be carried over, but make sure to look everything over and make any updates!
I did NOT apply to Folklife in 2024
Before you can apply to the 2025 Folklife festival, you will need to sign up for an account with our application system!
Enter your contact information, select your category, enter your business name and vendor/booth name, and click the 'Sign Up' button:
Once you have signed up, check your email for a link to complete registration:
You will then be prompted to create your password.
Once you have confirmed your password, you will be taken to your application!
You can complete your whole application in one go, or save your progress and return to complete it later.
