I DID apply to Folklife in 2024 or 2025
Welcome back! To apply to the 2026 Folklife festival, you will need to log in to your account
**Below is just a sample, you'll need to click the "Log In Here" button just below to actually start your application.
Once you have logged in, click the 'Apply' button:
If you are applying as the same artist/group as last year, select your artist and continue. If you want to apply as a different artist, you can click the + button to make a new artist profile:
Then select which type of application you would like to create, and click the 'Start Application' button:
NOTE: If you are applying at the same artist as last year, most of your information from last year will be carried over, but make sure to look everything over and make any updates!

Before you can apply to the 2026 Folklife festival, you will need to sign up for an account with our application system!
Enter your artist name, select your category, fill out your contact information, select which type of application you would like to create, and click the 'Sign Up' button:
Once you have signed up, check your email for a link to complete registration:
You will then be prompted to create your password.
Once you have confirmed your password, you will be taken to your application!
You can complete your whole application in one go, or save your progress and return to complete it later.
