Mural Stage

•    Two parades!  The amazing Mak Fai Washington Kung Fu Lion Dancers and the melodic Skandia Allspel, a group of Nordic musicians, come from the East and the West and meet at the Mural stage as
•    Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels officially announces the beginning of the Centennial Celebration.
•    The Hyperbolic Singers perform “Seattle, The Peerless City,” adopted in 1909 as Seattle’s official song, and
•    the Ballard Sedentary Sousa Band rounds out the festivities.
