High School Swing Dance
Friday, May 22, 5:00-7:00pm

Come dance—or listen—to great jazz that swings. Eckstein Middle School Jazz Band and Garfield High School Jazz Ensemble deliver hot ‘n’ cool jazz in the traditions of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Benny Goodman and Erskine Hawkins.
Kick off your Folklife partner dancing with big band jazz, and if you’re new to this dance scene, come for the lesson. You’ll be armed. And dangerous.
