Pirates, Punks, and Pints
Monday, May 25, 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Northwest Court
It's all for me grog, me jolly, jolly grog! Come aboard at the Northwest Court for the traditional songs of sailors, scalawags, and ne'er-do-wells. First we'll raise a tankard to celebrate the booty and the pirate's life. Then we'll rock the deck as punk, shanty, and the music of the Celtic lands come together. This is a party of oceanic proportions. Avast yer moanin', ye lubber, and join the crew!
The Brotherhood of Oceanic Mercenaries (BOOM) are a dangerous and bawdy pirate troupe of the Pacific Northwest. Beware the black powder! Rum Rebellion from Portland take to the sea shanty to new levels of rock'n'roll power. Wages of Sin from Seattle mix Celtic, punk, rockabilly, and whatever else is in the cabinet to make a strong musical drink.
