Announcing the Northwest Folklife Living Green Courtyard

Posted November 02, 2009 by Elliot

Marketing data from our 2008 festival shows 89.5% of festival goers find environmentally sustainable products and services important to them, and list environment/conservation and green energy/alternative fuels #1 and #3 respectively in causes they are passionate about.

We are putting a great deal of work into making the Living Green Courtyard one of the more interesting and dynamic areas of our festival with a captivating mix of merchants, performance, sponsors, and advocacy organizations. Interested in being a green vendor?
